We are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our Site and interact with our services. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

Our Site provides information about our products and services, specifically AI-powered SaaS solutions for healthcare revenue cycle automation, and facilitates lead generation, primarily through demo requests.

Important HIPAA Disclaimer: This Privacy Policy applies only to the information collected through our marketing Site (kayn.ai) for lead generation and informational purposes. It does not apply to any Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). 2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

a) Information You Provide Directly:

When you schedule a demo or request a call through our Site, you will be redirected to Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. Through Calendly, we collect your name and email address to facilitate this request. This information is then used to create an event in our Google Workspace calendar and for communication related to your request.

b) Information Collected Automatically:

When you visit our Site, our hosting provider (Vercel) and DNS management provider (Cloudflare) may automatically collect certain information about your device and Browse activity. This may include:

  • Log and Usage Data: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, access times, and other usage statistics.
  • Device Information: Information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Site.

This information is collected for the purposes of site operation, security, monitoring performance, and generating analytics about our Site traffic and usage patterns (through Vercel's core observability and analytics features, for example).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To schedule and manage demos, calls, or meetings you request via Calendly.
  • To communicate with you in response to your inquiries and requests.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our Site, including analyzing usage trends and enhancing user experience.
  • To ensure the security of our Site and protect against fraud or malicious activity.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information (Use of Third-Party Services)

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

  • Calendly: For appointment scheduling. When you schedule a demo, you are providing your information directly to Calendly, and this interaction is also governed by Calendly's Privacy Policy. We access the information you provide to Calendly to manage your appointment request.
  • Google Workspace: For our internal email and calendar systems, which are used to store appointment details (including your name and email) and communicate with you. Google's use of this information is governed by their privacy policies.
  • Vercel: Our website hosting provider. Vercel may collect and process data (as described in Section 2b) as part of providing hosting and analytics services. This is governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare: Our DNS management and security services provider. Cloudflare may process data (such as IP addresses) for network security, performance, and analytics purposes, governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

These third-party service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties.

We may also disclose your personal information if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
