How this site handles your information.

kayn.ai (the “Site”) is run by KayN AI, Corp. (“KayN”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what the Site collects and what we do with it. It covers the website only. The KayN product handles practice and patient data under a business associate agreement and a customer agreement with each practice, and those govern that data, not this page.

This Site does not collect patient information and is not built to receive it. Please do not enter any, including in a demo environment.

When you book a demo or a support session, you enter your name and email on our page to start, then your details on Google’s booking page; the booking, with your name and email, is saved to our Google Workspace calendar. When you email us, we keep your email so we can reply.

Automatically, the Site keeps the usual server logs: your IP address, browser, the pages you visit, and when. Our hosting is on Amazon Web Services and our DNS is on Cloudflare. If you allow analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics, either directly or through Google Tag Manager, to measure page visits and actions. If you allow advertising cookies, we load the Meta pixel to share visits and actions with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising measurement and retargeting. We do not send the name or email from our booking form to either tool. These services stay off when their IDs are not configured.

To run the demo or support session you asked for and follow up on it, to reply to you, to email you about KayN if you booked a demo or asked to hear from us (every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it within ten business days), to see which pages work so we can improve the Site, to keep the Site secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

With your advertising consent, we share visits and actions with Meta to measure and show KayN ads. This may count as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under state privacy laws. Meta describes its handling at www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. Other providers include Google (Workspace, Analytics, and Tag Manager; policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS). We disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

The trust center linked from the footer and Google’s booking page are separate sites with their own policies.

Analytics and advertising are off until you opt in. Use Privacy choices in the footer to accept, reject, or change either category. We store your choice in your browser for 180 days. Saving a choice reloads the page; withdrawing stops future tracking and removes tracker cookies we can access on our domain. It does not erase information already sent or cookies held by Google or Meta on their domains. Global Privacy Control keeps advertising off. We do not respond to other Do Not Track signals. You can browse and book without optional tracking. When you enter your name and email to book, your browser keeps them in session storage when available, so a reload does not ask again. Closing the tab clears them; if storage is unavailable, a reload asks for them again. The embedded Google booking calendar loads only when you select Load Google booking calendar; you can instead follow the direct booking link.

Demo and support bookings in our calendar and email: while we are in contact and up to two years after, unless the law requires longer. Analytics: fourteen months. Server logs: ninety days.

The Site is intended for practices in the United States, and your information is processed there. We use reasonable safeguards and rely on our providers’ security for what they hold, but no system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

To see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us, write to privacy@kayn.ai. We may verify your identity first.

The Site is for businesses and not for anyone under 13; we do not knowingly collect information from children. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version. Delaware law governs this policy.
