The terms for using this site.

kayn.ai (the “Site”) is run by KayN AI, Corp. (“KayN”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. They cover the website only; the KayN product runs under a separate customer agreement and business associate agreement with each practice. You confirm you are at least 18 and using the Site for a business.

The Site describes KayN and lets you book a demo or a support session through Google’s booking page. Notices we send you by email count as written notice.

If we offer a live demo environment, it holds synthetic data only. Do not enter real patient or personal information into it. It is provided as is, and we may monitor, reset, or withdraw it at any time.

The Site’s content and marks belong to KayN or its licensors. You may use the Site to evaluate KayN for your business. You may not copy, resell, or scrape it, except that search engines may index it under our robots.txt.

Use the Site lawfully. Do not damage or overload it, introduce malicious code, try to gain unauthorized access, or enter patient information into a demo environment.

The Site links to sites we do not control, such as Google’s booking page and our trust center. Their terms and policies apply there, and we are not responsible for them.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ITS CONTENT IS INFORMATION, NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, KAYN IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING ARISING FROM THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

This does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything the law does not allow to be limited.

You will cover any claim or cost, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that comes from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or content you submit through it.

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and using the Site after a change means you accept it. We may end your access at any time. Delaware law governs these terms, and disputes go to the federal or state courts in Delaware. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Site.
